- Unwinding Unit

For the unwind parts, we can connect with your slitting and die cutting machine, we could also add a hydraulic unwinding and slitting unit with our main part. For the synchronization with other machine, we have online encoder from Megawa, japan to ensure it.

- Automatic paper core loading system

Automatic paper core loading system includes core loader and core feeder adopts height difference and pressure design to feed the machine in sequence

- Main Parts

Main part is mainly consist of shafts, two gluing system, touch Screen.

- Quick-release Shafts

Our machine have four shafts in daily working, according to working sequence ,one for paper core loading, two for rewinding, the last one is for unloading. Four shafts will go clockwise with the turning plate in the machine.

We have one set of quick-release shafts with the machine, the size can be customized according to your requirements.

- Automatic gluing system

For the glueless type, we attach the material to core by pressure, so that when the rolls is finished, we can easily separate the material from the paper core. For the tail of the material, the labeling shaft will go down and label the tail at the end of the tail.

- Touch Screen
