Dragon Ball Z has released a Saibamen tissue dispenser perfect for shedding tears over Yamcha’s (first) death in the series.

The "Dragon Ball Z: Latch On, Saibamen! Pocket Tissue Dispenser!" was announced on the Dragon Ball official website and is available for pre-order at Hobby-Genki. The product description reads, "The Saibaimen surprised us all with the acid attacks they launched from their heads, and now you can enjoy recreating that technique in a much more helpful - and safer - version using tissues!"

Year-Long Dragon Ball Fan Production Featuring Goku Fighting Broly Goes Viral

The Saibamen tissue dispenser features velcro sticky arms designed to wrap around whatever the user desires -- a hilarious twist on Yamcha’s unfortunate death by one of the Saibamen self-detonating. It’s priced on Hobby-Genki at 7,090 yen, roughly US$45. Pre-orders are open until Feb. 15, 2024 and will start being shipped out on March 31, 2024.

In the intergalactic realm of Dragon Ball Z, the Saibamen emerge as genetically engineered foot soldiers cultivated by the Saiyan warriors to wreak havoc on Earth. These pint-sized, green-skinned creatures, resembling a fusion of humanoid and plant-like features, burst forth from the ground fully grown and ready for battle. Despite their diminutive stature, Saibamen pack a punch with impressive strength, agility and a notorious self-destructive move known as the "Saibamen Bomb."

The Saibamen bomb was how Yamcha, previously known as The Desert Bandit, met the first of his deaths in the Dragon Ball Z series. In Episode 17, "Saibamen Attack" (which covers Chapter 21 of the Dragon Ball Z manga), the Z Fighters, including Krillin, Piccolo and Gohan, face off against the Saibamen. Yamcha shows up and, overconfident after seemingly defeating a Saibaman, challenges all the remaining ones solo. Tragically, the previously beaten Saibaman reemerges, catching Yamcha off guard. It latches onto Yamcha and self-destructs, claiming both their lives. Yamcha would later be brought back to life with the Namekian Dragon Balls, but this is considered one of his most embarrassing defeats by many fans of the anime.

Original Dragon Ball Art Sells for Eye-Watering Sum at Auction, More Than Doubling Berserk

The Saibamen tissue dispenser may be in poor taste for particular fans of Yamcha but is definitely a hilarious way for viewers to blow their noses and dry their tears from any especially emotional Dragon Ball Z scenes.

All 291 episodes of Dragon Ball Z can be watched on Amazon's Prime Video or Crunchyroll. The "Dragon Ball Z: Latch On, Saibamen! Pocket Tissue Dispenser!" can be pre-ordered via Hobby-Genki.
